Oh, and it wouldn’t be a Murrumbidgee Trails adventure without exploring our namesake, the Murrumbidgee River, and the nature-based offerings of our brilliant surrounds.

Take a walk around Lake Jerilderie and you'll be able to take in stunning water views like this one captured by @mark_tomaszewski recently. Along the way you might also see some of the pelicans, ducks and swans that call this man-made lake home  ​If you love art deco design, you’ll love spending time in @leetonshire  💛 Take a stroll around like yeah_like_that who catured these shots and admire the many well-preserved art deco buildings that’ll transport you to another From catching a glimpse of the P.S. Wagga Wagga paddlesteamer wreck and exploring the town's history at the Tiger Moth Memorial to a strum of the big guitar at the local visitor information centre, koala spotting and an afternoon at the Lak ​You might spot your share of native wildlife as you travel through our region, but there’s also a collection of animals you might not be expecting that call this place home.
